Availability. In addition to supplying directly from origin in bulk shipments, Hebei Cofco also delivers from the spot market. Our stocks are stored in the Rotterdam area, London and Hamburg, making it possible to deliver bulk or mixed orders within 24 hours upon order confirmation (subject issuing of certain certificates / documents)

Logistics. Cofco Hebei seeks the most efficient and economical modes of transport to move bulk commodities from point of origin to point of consumption. To manage transport logistics, Cofco Hebei relies on extensive logistical experience enabling us to take care of any transport.

Certification. Market conditions require that cargos be accompanied by extensive documentation and certification to ensure timely delivery and safeguard quality. All our suplliers have the BRC and HACCP certification. From origin we are able to provide quality specification certificates in full accordance to the contracted specs such as: afla, moisture etc.

Contract conditions. We are comfortable working with various contract conditions for both spot and afloat. Goods can be offered on CIF, C+F, FCA, Ex Works and DDP basis. FCA Rotterdam area and Felixstowe contracts are offered with NOFOTA 20 rules. C+F and CIF contracts are offered with relavant FOSFA rules (both including arbitration clause).
